Pat,

Could this be the reason why all those phones are ringing off the hook at Dell?:

I'm going with global warming and the depletion of the Rain forest.

Patrick,

I have not had any trouble at all with my Optiplex GxPro.
My brother in law ordered a Lattitude for his daughter in law school and a Compaq Deskpro for his office a few months ago. He said his daughter loves her Lattitude. But he sid the Deskpro has been down most of the time since he got it due to incompatibilites with his other office equipment and network and to failures. He said CPQ will exchange parts with him but will not replace the machine. So when he gets it fixed he is going to sell it and buy a DELL Dimension.
Also, a friend of mine is buying an Inspiron at my recommendation for his accounting work. He is a CPA.

Regards,

Jim
