From reading reputable magazines and business reviews, I am able to see that California has a great number of serious issues to deal with. Admittedly, so does the State you live in and so does everybody else in their own back yard. Good luck to them. It is difficult being a coastal State and needing to bear burdens of defense and immigration and so forth.

Having said that, the silly list you posted is unreadable. Such nonsense! Gratuitous sentences such as:

"Political correctness is totally out of control in California."

"The traffic around the big cities is horrific."

"One state psychiatrist in California was paid
$822,000 in 2011."

mean nothing whatsoever as they stand.

As a Canadian I have no desire to live in a place like California. But it does not take a scientist to quickly come up with several very attractive reasons for living there:

Great winters (compared to most of our country, at least).

Variety of fruits and vegetables always in season or available.

The sea-side, the ocean-relaxation, recreation--fun.

Air is healthy for skin, sinus problems, etc.

Fresh Seafood year round! (a luxury in much of Canada).

WINE WINE and WINE!

Stanford University and access to some of the great scholars on the planet.

Yeah...California has problems...but I think maybe y'all ought to consider keeping it...
