Remember during the 1960s and 1970s when groups would pop up with the same platform that the research showing a link between cancer and cigarettes was far from settled and was really conflicting? Same thing with SO2 emissions and acid rain. But, guess what? There is a link between cancer and cigarettes. And between SO2 emissions and acid rain. When we started controlling SO2 emissions the amount of acid rain started to decline. And the cost has been but a fraction of what was estimated. This group makes a big deal about their NASA connection. That raises a red flag.
