It is amazing how low the parts are despite the overall market. My guess is it is the flow of money into dividend paying stocks and fear of growth from memories of what happened in 2000 to 2003 bear market. It also is why I've been adding my money when I buy back on pullbacks to what is out of favor which are some of those stocks.

If you study the 1929 to 1940ish bear market, it recovery reminds me a lot of the SOX index... I love to buy what others hate.
