in MD the dems have really abused the system. 15 years ago MD had 4 repubs and 4 dems in congress now they have 8 dems and zero repubs how's that for abuse in your book ? and remember when MD goes for dems in national elections they only win 3 out of the 24 counties and yeah they control all 8 districts. Is that gerry meander abuse ? show me where that happens anywhere else 3 counties out of 24 and yet every seat in the house
