I must be doing something wrong. I own exactly one of the stocks (SRE) mentioned in that article

you have me beat!

One there I am looking to add, WEC.

What struck me was that for a "low beta" portfolio, 14 of the 30 stocks were at or very close to their 12-mo highs. Those would be stocks I would now not want to enter, if I wanted low beta and might be worried about a market correction. I have a few of the stocks on the list, and I looked at the others. One that I believe might be suitable for me is NTT, and I've placed an order for a few shares.

Jmo, and I've been wrong many, many times.

Looking at the sector rotation model, I've decided to get ahead of the curve and add another big pharma stock. So I'm looking for nominees , opinions? (I'm still holding LLY)

Looking further out on the model (currently holding a fair share of inds. & materials) and probably far to early, I added a few shares of SO last week after finally selling PBCT. PBCT was a disappointment, break even after holding for a year. They just don't seem to be able to get their ducks in a row.
