Clinton, distribution refers to professional selling and there are proprietary formulas for its calculation. For instance IBD and Daily Graphs gives accumulation/distribution measures. When I post about distribution, I am refering to large block sells or negative money flows from block trades. Usually only the pros have block transactions, 10K or more shares. CYMI, it is a tax-loss selling candidate now, but you got a good price. There is so much uncertainty in the sector that it will take time before the stock recovers. Good luck.
