These houses are much like the home I owned in Indian Village. Lots of lovely homes requiring enormous reserves to maintain. I did the interiors for several in Boston-Edison area but the area was fraught with much more crime than even Indian Village. Tons of hookers and dealers trolling the ramps off the Lodge Expwy.

Housing prices rose more in the Village during the boom. I would estimate most of the houses for sale would require significant investments in heating, cooling, roof and plumbing.
