What I meant by that is Samsung seems to have no coherent strategy at all, they will try anything, have overlapping products, etc. Apple has a way more thought out strategy. I would have guessed that Apple's approach would win, and I think most Biz-school MBA's would say that. But oddly Samsung's shotgun strategy might win this category. Perhaps by blind luck rather than somehow having carefully thought it all out ahead of time. Or perhaps Apple is being bitten by having thought it out too carefully and ended up in the wrong place. TWT of course.
