Well, I am back to where I bought in 2007 so I am happy

Wow that was fast..... Down these parts maybe recovered a fraction of the drop. Most properties priced around 2002 levels. Some of the worst hit smaller towns like New Port Richey, Port Charlotte, Palm Bay and Port St Lucie among the best bargains are near the coast and interstate with lots of shadow inventory in need of lots of TLC still below retail from twenty years ago
