Across America, gangs are a problem everywhere. 81% of gang members are black or latino. And you favor the one over the other...for why?? Do you think the cities listed below are all in California?? It is major. They have over 3 times the membership of white gangs and 13% more members than blacks. But your hateful rant against California and some Latin gangs in California is unbalanced and off the wall. Get some perspective. All major cities have a major gang problem. And the cute state of Virginia has almost 100 rival gangs--some strictly against blacks (such as the Aryan Brotherhood). Pretending that this problem exists only in California is to display an obnoxious ignorance or a narrow-minded prejudice. If you think California is the *"hell whole (sic) of the world,"* then you have travelled very little and have a very provincial and meager experience of life...
