Interesting that the SEC contacted you. They told me that you were the one they were investigating.

As for this individual. He contacted me, like what I had been saying on the Internet, told me some other things, and asked me to not mention his name. I respect that.

Dan

** response from the network ***

On a serious note, I tend to agree with Mr. Lanza when he says: why this person,"Must remain nameless". With all the funny stuff that goes on with XECM and even funnier info that the Evangelist provides I strongly disagree that the Evangelist can be thought of as a person whom SEC can go after for fraud, etc. Mr. Lanza maybe many things (and I do not know him, neither I have ever met him so take it for whatever its worth), but from the comments he makes on the thread, I, for one, can not think of him as a con-man who intentionally tries to misguide people! He simply is a naive normal guy with perhaps lots of ego who does not want to back off of something that he believed in very strongly at one time (but which no longer has the same reasons for him to believe in)! At the same time because of the nature of his job which is very much similar to a used-car salesman (and sometime he is good at it and sometimes he is terrible at it) he is simply trying to make a buck by promoting something that he is paid to do so!

Anyway, as for XECM, it stilll remains to be the funniest sit-com on SEE-BS!

Hey Joe, although I sold half my holdings a while back for a loss i still own about 500 shares for the hell of it. I have not been to this board in about 3 months, and i see all the same people are here.. I hate to say it but it seems dan was right, and when the Lawsuits start im going to be first in line. The rest of my shares go at the end of the month and I will not look back.. If your so sure of xecm why dont you buy my shares for the 2.25 I paid for them.
