Pete: Could the cash be more/less likely to attract a buyer ? They could also buy back some shares; which would be interesting in light of the recent SEC form-144s at EDGAR. Nevertheless, a stock buy back program could help halt this current stock easing ?

That cash as quite sizeable for a small cap company. I look at the management, the technical expertise here in California, the likely products coming out of the Princeton group, the rate of growth expectations.
Liquidity is an issue as is the price movement -- not atypical of this size stock in the current environment. And it is solely the price movement that is affecting followersin this debate. In this instance, without turning my back on the technical, the fundamentals are overwhelmingly positive. I'll be adding after it stabilizes -- and probably at a higher price with a target in the low 20s -- unless the market in general turns sour.
