The leftist media believe that statism is a good thing. They favor bankrupting the nation and creating an underclass of takers who owe fealty to their liberal masters. It is how they view the liberals will gain and hold power. In their world view statism is superior to individualism. If Governor Palin had to be destroyed to gain and or hold power then it is simply the cost of politics. Besides she should have known better than to get in the way of a juggernaut.
