It's a massive hangover they need to work through and there are still what amounts to massive fraud going on that has not been resolved, including the suspension of mark to market accounting, so banks are still hiding the damage. It is being cleared out much faster than I would have thought only two years ago. Inventory in most places are at near record lows. Desperation for many on the ground to buy up distressed property as it hits the market. The sheep fooled yet again believing what the pundits in the ivory tower tell you.. But hey we are six years into this thing already... I was about the biggest gloom and doomer you can find back then. Time flies
