Well, I'm just looking at the presidential biographies on my shelf:

-Teddy Roosevelt: Didn't.

-LBJ: Openly and proudly

-FDR: Yup.

-Bush II: Probably not.

-Hayes: No

-Arthur: No

-Harding: Absolutely.

-Reagan: No

-Cleveland: No, but thought he likely fathered a kid out of wedlock: "Ma, ma, where's my pa?" He said he didn't, but the kid had his last name and he did pay child support

-Nixon: No

-Bush I: Probably

Off the top of my head, Clinton did, JFK did, Jefferson did... Obama probably hasn't, Lincoln didn't, Carter didn't; I don't know about the personal lives of many of the others.

I'm sure at least a few that I don't know much about did, and at least a couple whose personal lives we don't know much about did. Most presidents' personal lives weren't really scrutizined the way they've been the last few decades. If I had to guess, the percentage is probably around a third -- which I believe is right around the percentage of people who cheat in marriage.

Presidents are human beings. Human beings are very complex. Regardless of party, I don't think a President's fidelity or lack of it has any bearing with his policies or performance as President.
