I didn't think so. >> Not surprisingly, in those states that provide numerous concessions, poverty levels tend to be higher and educational levels lower than other states. Like Virginia? Practically every state does it, and Texas, which does it more than any other -- does have lower incomes than other states, but also has less unemployment. So, if you're going to shoot off your mouth how about backing up your claims for a change?
