I think that the explanation is much simpler: supply and demand. :) Your explanation touches about demand, but not even demand itself, but rather a derivative of it: money availability. You're just saying that money is available while not telling why the money is flowing into the markets mentioned rather than other ones. But then I think we have beaten that horse enough.

Then why do you keep beating it?
