Another tragic incident of gang-related violence fueled by the welfare state. I don't know how many kids have to die before you dolts figure it out. If its done by the poor, its the fault of the welfare state. If its done by rich white kids, its the fault of mental illness. If its done by crooks, its the fault of the criminals.
