How does Christianity survive everyday reason? What does the survival of such ridiculous irrationality tell us about our friends and neighbours down the street? Mind boggling that these people are actually "homo sapiens" like ourselves...

Yes, Martin Luther did call for persecution of Jews. Darwin didn't personally as far as we know but his disciple and close friend, Ernest Haeckel, did.
