Because I thought that you were interested in these things and that it's possible to have a rational discussion with you. It looks like you don't want to discuss things, you just want to throw out random info and then to look smug as if you explained everything. OK, have fun. The original comment I made was that 20 years olds paying all cash in expensive housing markets is one of the ways these housing markets stay expensive. I wasn't trying to be smug. In fact, given your responses, it looks like I may be a bit naive. After all, it looks like you see it as fairly normal. I just don't understand why it has stirred up so much controversy.
