Gold has been rising an average of 17% per year since its 2001 low of $256. The rate of ascent has been increasing. With the Fed spigot spewing QE3/QE4, I find 17% to be a realistic if not conservative expectation with silver gaining twice that much. Based on that, here are the projections for the beginning of each of the next 5 years...
