MIC and NRA? Yes, I would agree. But the NRA is no drop in the bucket -- the NRA does more direct harm to American society than the MIC -- although you could argue that MIC warps the economy and certainly needs lots of foreign wars to sustain it. In that sense the MIC is the international counterpart of the NRA.
