Hi Bob:
My understanding of this deal is that it is simply a fee for service transaction. FONX pays OGI for research. I believe that is all this comes down to.
The "collaborative agreement" monicker fits into ed's comments of "perception is everything". Management has done a nice job in this regard in the press release, IMO.
