DELT - in the Conference Call Schiller spoke about adding staff. I think that is positive and will help a growing company operate efficiently. The Exxon property stories remind of a time when I delivered a very advanced system to an old plant. We had a difficult time making our stuff work because the old plant kept breaking down around us. It was like trying to put a Corvette engine in a Model T. Eventually a substantial effort was made to fix the plant infra structure and things have now worked out very well. I think in time EXXI will do that. Bob
