Great input. Thanks for the info re Houston and EXXI. My involvement with EXXI has been largely through Bull Put spreads as I truly worry about off shore accidents bankrupting a smaller company. While I did not own BP - the fallout of Macondo was painful to me. As for retirement - I urge you to enjoy the window of life where you are still functional and hopefully financially solvent. When they throw the dirt on one I doubt many ended wishing they had worked more. I would not go back to work for anything - currently 65. I got an opportunity to go baby sit a plant site last year and said not only no - but hell no. Now - if it would quit snowing here things would be better. Last year we were golfing regularly in March. I am hoping for the same - but this year is not like last. Bob PS: I am a northern Bearcat living in NE Ohio.
