Brad did that when he took over back in July 2011, he removed all the Peoplemarks and ignores from inactive accounts. Many seen their Peoplemarks and ignores go down.

I am not sure what the new owner will do. I am just the janitor here : )

I think it would also be nice if someone is banished from the site that their ignores should be removed.
