Brumar, Bentway couldn't cut it in SV, so he became a real-estate flipper. Probably didn't like working for "The Man," either.

California is a major hub of intellectual elitism. Like I said before, they can afford to be liberal. But good luck trying to find any semblance of a "thriving middle class," because with the living costs here, you're either filthy rich or struggling to make a living.
