Only 28 days 'till bars become smoke-free in California! I can hardly wait to go out drinking (and breathing) and seeing live music without suffering other people's tobacco waste. And tell Helen that breast feeding is recommended for at least a year to encourage development of a healthy immune system. Stop too soon, and the tyke could have allergies or asthma. Think of all the time you'll save vacuuming up dust mites if you just go ahead and suckle a few more months. I wonder if it would help my allergies now?
