Who do you think you're talking to, Schmuck? You're the one with the blinders on. Education doesn't stop with a final grade in calculus or an EE degree. It goes on till you die, and one has to get good at learning or stay stupid.
What an irony that your hero, the guy never paying attention, in the back row, GWB, took it on himself to "reform" public education with NoChildLeftBehind. But irony might be over your head.
