Good insight. So the government intervened in the free market on behalf of their owners, the banks, and insured those loans on the backs of our young people. Nice of our politician whores. But then...you talk of selection of student curriculums via free market...didn't those poor bankers already lack the manpower to check out all those mortgages that went bad? And assessing a house & the mortgageezer's income seems to me a lot simpler than predicting the student's financial success.
