Hi Dennis! No I haven't died and gone to heaven. Just taking a lower profile these days. I've missed very few days on this thread over the past 18 months. Before reading your comments, I was thinking the same thing... just 6 months ago we were overcapitalized, with no plans / needs for additional capital. Things sure are dynamic, aren't they. I don't understand it either. However, taking a look at the interday chart, my guess is it's good news. RAIN was down to flat most of the day, then things started heating up late in the day. My assumption is that that's when the announcement was made. If they don't plan on filling the Pres. position, it would be nice to have them say so, or at least have an update as to what the difficulty has been. I've been waiting for a big pop when the announcement is made on the new Pres. See ya in another 6 months (hopefully just kidding). Derek
