Such is the nature of planning mass murder. Thousands of ways to accomplish the act. But only a few are used. In those countries with very strict gun control, they tend to have far fewer of these type of killing per 100k population than we do. It correlates with a father less society especially black families - I believe the numbers are up to 70+% now. Who tend to be overwhelmingly poor. People who come from households that are middle class or wealthy, fatherless or not, tend to not be gangbangers. People who come from households that are poor, fatherless or not, are more likely to be gangbangers.
