It started well before GWB.

But your right. There were winners like yourself and big losers, short term and long term (future taxpayers).

All in all one of the biggest mistakes in US history. And they are back pumping again.

The Real Estate activity here is reminescent of 2005.

yep, the last 12 years have been a continual ass-handing to the middle and lower classes. Two major crashes in one decade. Sheesh!

The proximate cause is the GOP and Dems both are in love with cheap money and are both enablers of a profligate, Keynesian Fed. Not good.
