The solution to the "problem" is called a market.

Again, the question is how does China get to a free and open market for products and ideas. Does is happen through a slow process of political reform, and if so, how long does that take? Your proposal is an obvious prescription.

You relate anecdotes, as if there is some jewel of an idea in there, but you never spell it out. I am left to guess and to reply to vague ideas.

People who want to hire them can educate them. Their parents can educate them. Companies will pay scholarships to talented people to get educated. Student loans from companies would fund poor people with talent.

Why would companies hire them to educate them if they can find others to hire that are already educated? Do they deduct the educational costs from their wages while they perform unskilled work?

How can their parents educate them if the parents are unskilled low-wage earners?

Companies may pay for scholarships if they are altruistic or they can guarantee some return, maybe a political gain or a public relations project. However, this is very unlikely to help many of the millions that need an education and thus construct the "market" that you prescribe.

My capital is hiring a lot of people in China.

Once you can quantify that assertion, we can project how long it will take to construct a viable market in China. This might not happen before oil runs out.

If the governments will get out of the way, you will find your problems are easily solved.

I can only view this as wishful Libertarian thinking on your part.
