doug, presaios that are not 2200's ungrade fine... but, you have to know what you are doing... first thing to do is that all the phone stuff out of the start up menu. after you do that..things are fine... there might be some issues with not enough RQ's if you want to edit video..that's it. If not talking about real problems but there are a few things dif.. I had a deskpro 386 for almost 8 yrs, it's still going for my brothers kids now...so that from the first yr. of prodcution to 1998. When the 386 came out, I switched my dept and most my users to it real quick since I was tipped off that windows would not run on 286. Get this..I also got color monitors then. The VP of I/S let me get the color monitors but he said that they couldn't be pointed out where other cpq employees could see we had them<gggggggggg>
