Badger - I'm glad you're making contact with CC. It's especially useful with some posters suggesting the possibility that APM's share price could go to zero. However, I would suggest that you not focus on the short term price of the stock; I have never been of the impression that he cares much about that. My recommendation is to address specific questions that relate to the longer term. For example:

-Will there be any market for the 1.7 TFI head? It's been reported that WDC indicated they were abandoning it with all possible haste.

-Is the 1.3 head still in production? If so, how much longer will it provide sales?

-I think he said last quarter that they were producing 300 TFI wafers and 100 MR wafers a week (month?). What is the current ratio?

-How is the business relationship with WDC (might be a little too sensitive, though, given the nature of the reported comments)?

-Are they going to reconsider the strategy of milking existing technology before advancing to the next level?

Badger, I too, would greatly appreciate a call to CC. Here's what I would add:

Have they been qualified for any new MR programs?

What portion of their revenue came from WDC's 3 inch portable program?

Does WDC's faster transition to MR mean APM will attempt to decrease its transition time as well?

All of Zakrosian's questions as well...

Thanks again,

Brian
