Sure wish the shorting account I wanted to open on 01/01/13 - strictly for shorting AAPL - were not an accounting/tax nightmare for me. :-(

The tanker dudes may finally - took a year or two - be correct, kinda late, given AAPL is still WAY higher than when they dreamt it was a "short it now" nightmare, and LOLed all over themselves on that idiotic call, ever since.
