Thank you. I hoped you'd pick that one. I guess I would nominate "Qi" as the prototypical crackpot idea. Magical money. Maybe that's a better name. Qi is a bit over-worked. It's still very much in prototype form and I take it that since you didn't mention a failure mechanism, you don't have one. Since it's just in cryptic form, it's a puzzle why you'd even think it crackpot? I'm confident it will come to be. There has already been a half-baked attempt, bitcoin. When it came out, I thought "Oh no, somebody has beaten me to it". But after a brief consideration, it's a nice start, like the steam engine as a means of propulsion for vehicles, but it's not going to be the lingua franca of financial relativity theory on the monetary super highway. I'm so sure that democracy as normally used is a beter idea than the CCP. Tradable Citizenship would of be better, with a constitution that gives votes per tax unit paid [that's a half-baked idea but not necessarily crackpot] plus 1 vote per citizenship. Mqurice
