Yes see my followup.. net net was an unfortunate choice of words..

The fact though that the equal amount of money comes out (on any transaction) is not really relevant ... that happens up or down.. as long as I'm taking out more than I put it .. or putting back less than I put in that's fine :O)

There could be less money flowing in than normal but prices could rise.... then if I am the seller at a profit then I am taking out more than I put in... but an equal amount to the purchaser.. the price has risen.. how else does it go up ? keeping an open mind :O)
