OK, not a 100% in 3 days, but maybe 25% in One Week! RLLY receives another BUY Recommendation. One Strong BUY ( had already ), and a (NEW)Moderate BUY ultra.zacks.com RLLY is at the lower end of it bollinger Band. This provides a good Buying opportunity. Buy Low, Sell High. All indicators are showing a strong oversold condition, again. The last time it was this oversold, the stock took off and ran up to $4.00. Remember? If you look at the TA Chart for RLLY you will see that the stock has a habit of running from the Lower Bollinger Band up to the Upper and back. Currently, the Upper Bollinger Band sits at $4.25 a share. Today, the stock tried to test it's support at $3.00 or $3.03, and failed to cross it. As in the past, after failing to break support, the stock will turn up and test resistance. Resistance can be expected at $4.00, right where the stock failed to break resistance a few weeks ago after its run up from the failed test of support at $3.00. At today's Ask price of $3.187, a run to $4.25 ( Upper Bollinger Band level )would be again of 34%. A run to $4.00 (point of resistance ) would be a gain of 26% Lets try being very conservative, or you get in late, or you sell to early, etc..: lets do a gain of just $0.50. Take today's Ask of $3.18 and a conservative run to $3.68 would be a gain of 16% The why I see it, the Chart shows the History and Indicators do just what they are called, indicate. The history and indicators point to another run up to either the upper Bol. Band or the Resistance level. Ask yourself, can you live with a possible gain of 34% or 26%or a conservative gain of 17%, in a VERY short time frame. From VectorVest: PRICE: RLLY closed on 02-Dec-1997 at $3.20 per share. VALUE: RLLY has a Value of $4.20 per share. Value is the foundation of the VectorVest system. It is a measure of what a stock is currently worth. Value is based upon earnings, earnings growth rate, dividend payments, individend growth rate, and financial performance. Current interest and inflation rates also play an important role in the computation of Value. When interest and/or inflation rates decrease,Value goes up. When interest rates and inflation increase, Value goes down. Sooner or later a stock's Price and Value always converge. Good Luck Scott
