3Qs:

1: If a border crosser by foot job holder with a 5th grade education had his or her hours cut at McFatburgers from 36 hrs a week to 24 hrs a week and he/she went to FriedCremeDonuts for a second 16 hrs a week job since they too could cut hours to avoid paying a fine and demand at least four-4 hr shifts to justify the paperwork, would that count as two jobs under the Obamacare economy with more hours worked?

2: Would it be an average work week of 40 hrs or the average of the 2 jobs, 20 hrs?

3: Do any of the economic statistics make sense with all this going on?
