One person identified the thing in the top barrel as a sub-caliber barrel insert. Probably for a .410.

Not that much - especially if it was a .410.

But it does fit the facts without the need for a conspiracy.

No conspiracy - just photoshop.

Besides no one believes he shoots all the time nor that this photo will somehow convince people he's pro-second amendment.
