Why do you think that WHA.AS is better managed than VASTN?

Looking at their 2012 9mo presentation, it does not look very good: wereldhave.com

They did sell their US portfolio in Jan, so I did not account for that, but 9mo results in 2012 were not impressive, especially considering that they had US portfolio - US should have been doing better than Europe. NAV dropped from Euro73 to Euro64...

Vastned had 95% occupancy rate, WHA had 88%.

BTW, the cap rates (slide 32 of above pdf) are very unimpressive. I realize this is commercial RE, but if we are buying RE at these cap rates in Europe during crisis, we are hugely overpaying. ;) Unfortunately I did not find VASTN cap rates. :(
