7 year old sent to forced labor suspension for playing an imaginary game which violated imaginary rules.

He was playing super hero saving the world on the playground. When he made the motion of throwing a blast at the evil force, (also imaginary not aimed at anything or anybody) he got busted. I was surprised, so I googled '7 year old suspended for imaginary game' and got several pages of results... its become a common occurance.

You should watch the video, the kid is totally confused about what is happening ... cute, "I can't believe I got dispended...its called 'Rescue the World'."

Typical kid behavior (not threatening, not dangerous) go to a forced labor camp ... what next? (Reportedly: In house suspension and has to do office cleaning). Now we have punishment for thinking, Imagine destroying evil forces and go to in house labor camp.

The school contacted the reporter and said the rules are clearly posted on their web site. Several parents called the reporter to say it wasn't posted until avfter the news coverage... sneaky.
