I think so... but, at the same time, the fact that this market hit the ceiling and is not moving lower tells me this market will more than likely resolve higher sooner than later... I'm holding longs right now and will see if this market falls or stay up today...

I think we've probably seen the last of the sell signal for today... and there are no others in sight... $85 billion of funny money pumped into this market every month does wonders for this rally... I might as well just stay long and enjoy the ride for as long as it lasts, until the next sell signal emerges... frankly, right now, there are none left and there are no more overhead VP's scheduled... this is a dangerous market environment, but I won't argue with it... the model remains long, so I'm just staying with it... (gulp)...

I really don't mind the few point ticks whip, it was well worth the cost of insurance just in case this market really did collapse...

I just added the NQ, it may seem late but I think it's going still higher...

I've gone flat everything except the gold and silver... I probably should have gone short, but I'll wait for a signal which I think is now beginning to emerge, will post it later once I have a chance to study it better....

I did go lightly short anyhow, I think we could work lower... a minor VP just appeared at 1511.30 late in the day today, it actually could have stopped the rally this afternoon... we'll see what develops... in fact, I also may have a possible sell signal for tomorrow, but it's down around 1490ish, will post it here later this evening...

THIS POST CONTAINS MAIN MODEL SIGNALS FOR THE SP AND FOR GOLD...

FOR WEDNESDAY, A CLOSE BELOW 1490.50 WOULD CONFIRM A NEW MAIN MODEL SELL SIGNAL...

ALSO, THERE IS A MAJOR VP NOW SITTING AT 1519.80...

ALSO, FOR WEDNESDAY, FOR FEBRUARY GOLD, A CLOSE ABOVE 1681.10 WOULD CONFIRM A NEW MAIN MODEL BUY SIGNAL...

I may have mentioned to you yesterday that I bought some CRBQ, today I'm going to add some MOO... the first ETF is a global commodity index, the second ETF is a global agricultural index... both of these markets look solid and appear to be as strong if not stronger than the stock market... the only inflation sensitive market that has not yet begun to move is gold and silver in U.S. Dollars, but I think they will also eventually take off once and if the economy begins to heat up... and according to the FED, despite their foolish counterfeiting and debasing of our currency, I think these two groups can only go higher, but that's just my own personal take on it... but I could be very wrong... (gulp)...

Here's the CRBQ:

Here's the MOO:

Also, a quick follow up on the NT... it did break down through that wedge pattern, but only for a brief moment the other day, it's still moving minimally inside that wedge... I have to believe it will break out one way or the other... if I had to guess which way, then I would suspect downward...
