If he has any respect for the Constitution at all he would do that. Why should he do that? What if the DEA is right? If the DEA can demonstrate to a judge that it has probable cause to believe that a crime has been committed and that prescription records will provide evidence of that crime, *then it can legitimately obtain records from the PDMP.* That's why we have courts.
