Dividend Declared
On January 23, 2013, Apple’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $2.65 per share of the
Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on February 14, 2013, to shareholders of record
as of the close of business on February 11, 2013.

If it's options, I believe there are no dividends.
