Nightmare.

Somebody please turn out the lights, after all that - yet again - dilution at the very bottom flushes everyone out.

Man oh man, am I ever so happy to have abandoned this sinking money pit - once and for all, never again - before they rewound the up your's tape.

Pathetic.

this news is just a solid kick to the balls of the down & suffering bull.
my association goes back over 6 years with this play. quite a few members here, even longer. seems to me this play has historically missed on all fronts.

originally, I bought for the zinc play. still like. the good thing is zinc topped above 98c today, before a small retrench. there is the hope of success this 2013. it is time to galvanize the bull. it will be the zinc that will be golden.

Doubled off the lows on the US side, and not a post for near two weeks ... could that maybe be slightly auspicious, chattiness often being inversely correlated to shareprice performance

See what i'm linking to, zink's posting of the 05feb13 release of the big cheapo financing that pissed us all off so royally ... read a few dozen posts following his there, remember that time folks? ... we was hurt some bad

Well they got 9m bucks usd by placing 22m shs at .40 the each ... we didn't like it then, but i wonder if a person had the time and inclination to view it objectively in hindsight, what would it look like now

It was the last financing they did ... sold the Gabon property since, got 1.5m usd ... from that total of 10.5m they had 700k left as of 31dec15, and plans to spend 400k on Sierra Mojada and 900k on g&a, as per the md&a that comes with year-end sedars 20jan16 ... they do mention the need to raise funds to do so, using among others the term 'dilution', which seems right and proper

Was the money used well? ... efficiently, logically, according to an intelligent read of conditions throughout that time? ... serious question, i don't have a formed opinion on this, don't have enough evidence ... the met work did need to be done, and there they were with prospective ground stretching out to the northwest, i ask myself would i have been working on it, and oh yeah damn right i would have

Might have tried to spend a little less on g&a, professional fees and the like, exchanges and regulators don't make that so easy though ... in any case, here they are still with Sierra Mojada, metals maybe coming back a little, tide of sentiment flowing somewhat, tentatively at first of course - so what to do now eh
