This is one side of the facts...I am not saying that the DEA is not overstepping...I am however saying that there are two sides to every story and this is only one of them. Plaintiff-Intervenor James Roe, M.D., is a physician specializing in internal medicine, geriatrics, and hospice care who treats patients in Oregon. Dr. Roe was recently interviewed and investigated by the DEA and FBI in connection with prescriptions for medically necessary medications he issued to several patients. This guy could be issuing narcotic prescriptions to the "rush limbaughs" of oregon, for all we know. Al
